Paco Lane

Paco Lane (1969 - ) is a Washington DC area based artist born in Virginia. He graduated in painting and printmaking with a BA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993, under the professorship of Javier Tapia. Lane’s style in the early 2000’s incorporated bold figurative and landscape work. After traveling extensively through Vietnam, and making a part time home in Puerto Rico, his paintings and style captured these new influences. Paco still lives and works in Virginia. Peter Colasante used to represent Paco Lane (from 2001 – 2015). Lane is currently represented by Studio A, near Tenleytown, where you can see his more contemporary abstract work.
